ORDERS FROM REPUBLIC OF IRELAND:
We are now using AddressPal UK who are part of ROI’s postal service. However for orders over 20kg please contact us as we use a courier. Alternatively, we can post to Northern Ireland / UK if you have someone there who can receive the parcel for you.
REGULAR AND SMALL ORDERS FROM ROI:
We need to ask you to first open an account with AddressPal https://addresspal.anpost.ie/ (which is FOC).You can then order from our website here, by phone, Email, Ebay or Etsy.
Delivery address: please use AddressPal’s UK address: AddressPal, The Beacon, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, AL10 9WN, UK, preceded by your name and APW number (this is your AddressPal account number). A benefit to you of this new process is that you will only be charged our UK prices - post from us is FOC.
Billing address: please use your ROI address.
Procedure: We will post your parcel to AddressPal UK. AddressPal then prepare the package correctly for ROI customs and ship it there at a flat fee to you of €6.50 per item (up to 20kg max). You will then be contacted (by email or letter) by A.N. Post, Ireland, requesting payment of duties, which you can do on the AN Post website or at your Post Office. Your parcel will then be delivered from ROI customs direct to your ROI address (at a flat fee of €3.90). Duties will not be due via AN Post/customs if buying through Ebay or Etsy as they are applied in the purchase process by these marketplaces.

POSTAL DELAYS:
If your order has not arrived, we ask you to check at your local sorting office and/or customs, failing that, please contact us. A pack will not be considered lost until the following period has elapsed:
- 14 days for the UK
- 21 days for other countries within Europe
- 28 days for all other countries.
